I’ve watched many of El Desperado’s matches, and every time,
I’ve been overwhelmed by the power in his eyes. 👁️🔥
Since I also place great importance on eyes in my artwork,
I had always hoped to create merchandise like this someday.
It’s a bit different from my usual style, but
I tried to express flowing lines and the intense, fiery gaze of El Desperado.

🎨 PROFILE | Kae Tanaka

• Born in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture
• Graduated from Tama Art University, Faculty of Art and Design,
  Department of Information Design (Media Arts Course)
• Illustrator influenced by Osamu Tezuka and Hideo Azuma

In recent years, she has designed murals for the 2025 Osaka Expo and collaborated on apparel and art projects with brands and artists such as Needles, KIDILL, aespa, hide, and MARVEL, spanning a wide range of genres 🌈✨
